Welcome back to another exciting episode on the farm! Today, we are gearing up to smoke a new batch of chickens and welcoming new baby boilers. The strawberries are blossoming, and it’s a beautiful, relaxed morning on the farm.
New growth is sprouting up all around us, and we even encountered a friendly toad named Paddy. The baby chicks are arriving, and we are taking extra care to ensure their well-being. By adding water and fresh sawdust to each pen, we are promoting a healthy environment for the chicks to thrive.
In the brooder, we are experimenting with different oyster mushroom varieties, testing out new growing methods to see what yields we can achieve. We’ve also invested in new packing crates for our veggies, providing stability and convenience for storage and delivery.
Our irrigation system has been upgraded, allowing us to easily connect and water our gardens efficiently. With impact heads and metal fittings, we can control the water flow and ensure proper hydration for our crops.
Speaking of upgrades, we’ve invested in new camping tents for guests to stay on the farm. These high-quality tents come with a camp stove, perfect for visitors to enjoy the farm experience.
In addition to all these exciting developments, we’ve been interviewing unsung heroes in regenerative agriculture across Europe for our platform, Farm like a Hero. Join us to learn from these incredible individuals and get deeper insights into sustainable farming practices.
As always, you can learn more about our regenerative agriculture techniques in our book, “Regenerative Agriculture,” a comprehensive guide to sustainable farming practices. We look forward to sharing more updates and adventures from the farm in future videos. Stay tuned for more farm-filled fun!
